The hotel is fabulous, with marvellous views, unbeatable location in the center of famous spot. The rooms are well-kept with complimentary breakfasts included. There is a plenty of supplies like : coffee and a storage space.

This hotel is perfectly located, just 30 seconds from the old city and a few steps from everything. the room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. the bathroom is clean and the towels are changed daily. the breakfast at the nearby restaurant is excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing great hospitality.

The breakfast was massive. the views from the rooms were wonderful. - the location is amazing, really close to a 5000-year-old sphinx that Diocletian took from Egypt 1700 years ago. - the rooms were impressive and fairly quiet. - the decoration in the rooms was luxurious.

It's close to the Old Town, providing easy access to all the attractions. the rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable with luxurious bathrooms. the owner ensures excellent service and provides valuable advice for places to visit and dine. the breakfast is exquisite and served at a famous restaurant nearby.

Although some might feel dissatisfied with external aspects of the hotel, like graffiti on the facade, it still provides the ultimate experience of relaxation, comfort, and entertainment.

We loved the location of this hotel, very near the old Palace and so close to the centre of this city. We could easily walk to the bus station and other transportation. The cleanliness was excellent and the staff was amazing, providing helpful advice and putting in extra effort to make our experience great.

I was impressed by the high level of hospitality and attention to detail. The hosts, particularly Toni, were really good too ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room itself was beautifully decorated, with a cozy bed and all the necessary amenities. The breakfast, although not perfect at Luxor, was still enjoyable and the location of the hotel was central and convenient. I especially appreciated the help from the friendly young hosts in finding the best free time programs. I highly recommend Unique Luxury Rooms for a lovely stay in a good location with helpful staff.

During my business trip, I had an excellent experience with complimentary breakfasts that were massive and in a wonderful spot. the TV was great too as it had loads of channels. the hotel was in a key location within walking distance to the historical center of town and the waterfront promenade with its many restaurants and cafes. the personal service was exceptional, where nothing was too much trouble.

I found a tiny fault; the shower leaked a bit during the first night and kept me awake.

The included breakfast at the nearby restaurant was tasty, and the service was excellent. The location was very convenient for exploring the city, as we were just a short walk away from the main attractions. The room itself was nicely decorated and had comfortable furnishings.

Our romantic escape was marred by a few issues. there was no elevator in the building, which made carrying our bags up to the room a real hassle.
